UI/UX Design

Design that makes people want to keep using your product

A good-looking interface that confuses people isn't good design — it just delays the complaint. We design around how people actually use software: what they're trying to get done, where they get stuck, and what makes them come back.

Core Capabilities

What we actually do

App & Web Design

Product design (web and mobile)

Full interface design for apps and platforms, not just individual screens handed off without context.

User Research

UX research and flows

Understanding how people actually move through your product before we design anything, not after.

Dashboard & Analytics UX

Dashboard and data-heavy interfaces

A particular strength given how much of our other work (ERP, analytics) depends on making complex data easy to read at a glance.

Figma Component Systems

Design systems

A consistent set of components so your product doesn't look like five different people built five different parts of it.

Clickable Prototypes

Prototyping

Clickable prototypes you can actually test with real users before a single line of code gets written.

Target Audience

Who this is actually for

Teams building a product from scratch who want it to feel right from day one, and existing products where users are dropping off or complaining, but nobody's sure exactly why. Especially useful alongside our own ERP and dashboard work, since data-heavy interfaces are one of the harder design problems to get right.

New Product Teams

Building a product from scratch

Teams building a product from scratch who want it to feel intuitive and credible from day one.

Existing Products

High drop-off or user frustration

Existing products where users are dropping off or complaining, but nobody's sure exactly why.

Data-Heavy Apps

Complex dashboards & ERP interfaces

Teams managing data-heavy software where complex data needs to be simplified for fast daily operations.

Methodology

How we work

01

Discover

Talk to actual users (or your team, if it's internal software) about what's actually confusing them today.

02

Wireframe

Low-fidelity layouts first, so structure gets agreed on before anything looks "finished."

03

Design

Full visual design, built on a system so it stays consistent as the product grows.

04

Test

A clickable prototype in front of real users before development starts, catching problems while they're still cheap to fix.

Trust & Craft: Adapting Visual Language to Purpose

Design work shows up clearly in a couple of our own projects. For Vastu, a real estate advisory business built on 36 years of trust in Ahmedabad, the design had to carry that credibility visually — not look like a startup, look like an institution people would trust with a major property decision. For Creativebugs, a fibre artist's brand and portfolio, the direction went the opposite way — expressive, visual-first, built to showcase craft rather than push a conversion funnel. Different briefs, different outcomes, both design-led from the start.

Questions people usually ask

Both, if you want — we do this on our own development projects, but we also take on design-only engagements for teams with their own developers.

By starting with what someone actually needs to see first, second, and third — complex data doesn't have to mean a complicated interface if it's organized around real priorities instead of just showing everything at once.

Redesigns are common — usually it's less about starting over and more about fixing specific spots where users are clearly struggling.

Yes, whenever it's practical — a clickable prototype tested early catches far more than a review meeting ever will.
